According to a British report, Madonna is postponing her huge 50th birthday bash because of a sprained ankle.

Fuck the birthday party - hope she's swell by the time her tour is supposes to start in two weeks!!!!

The festivities for her big 50th were supposed to take place this coming Saturday at Madge's English country estate.

An insider tells the Mirror:

"Plans are very hush-hush but Madonna is definitely going to celebrate her milestone in style. Unfortunately not everything has gone as expected as she's had many other things on her mind - not least rehearsals for her Sticky And Sweet tour. On top of all the stress of this, she twisted her ankle over the weekend. She views this as a sign that perhaps she should postpone the formal birthday bash and play it by ear instead. Madonna now reckons it'll go ahead during a three-day break in the tour towards the end of the month, not next weekend."

For someone that has a deal with retail chain H&M, Madonna sure loves wearing Ed Hardy!

The Material Mom was spotted leaving the Ritz Hotel in Paris on Wednesday sporting some sporty attire.

Her Madgesty is in France promoting her new animated film, Arthur & Britney’s Invisible Panties.

“We have been monitoring her and so far we see a loving mother in Madonna and David is very fine… the father should not be worried.”

Her Madgesty is coming home, and the Material Mom is set to resume her “Baby Tour.”

PerezHilton.com has learned that M will be flying from London to New York and taping a segment with Meredith Vieira that will air on the Today show both November 1st and 2nd.

Mother Madonna will also tape a Dateline NBC special, which will air on Thursday night, and she will even make an appearance on Live with Regis & Kelly on November 1st.

Madonna got “very emotional” as she spoke about her plans to adopt a 13-month-old boy from Malawi.

Audience members said the pop star, who is speaking publicly for the first time since the adoption became an international controversy, became emotional when speaking with Oprah about the boy she plans to adopt from Africa. According to the audience members, Madonna believes the boy’s father had a change of heart after the media go to him.

The government of Malawi is calling the biological father of Madonna's new baby boy a liar!

A senior Malawian government official on Monday dismissed as untrue remarks by an illiterate father who said he was misled into signing over his son for adoption by pop diva Madonna.

But his comments were categorically denied by Penson Kilembe, director of child welfare in the Ministry of Women and Child Development, who told Reuters the ministry explained every detail of the process to Banda and his family.

"We explained every detail and Madonna herself explained her intentions in the face of the judge and in Banda's presence," Kilembe said. "He (Banda) was asked several times in court if he understood what was going on and he said he did."

If they are to be believed, the U.K.'s Sunday Express is reporting that Madonna decided on adopting an African baby after being convinced to do so by Angelina Jolie.

MADONNA pulled out of adopting a US child just three months before whisking one-year-old Malawi boy David Banda out of Africa.

She and husband Guy Ritchie filled out an application at a California agency - and even underwent an evaluation process as adoptive parents.

But they abandoned plans to take a US baby from the Vista del Mar Child And Family Services Clinic after dinner with Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt.

According to a source close to Jolie, the actress - who chose Africa again to give birth to her and Pitt's natural daughter, Shiloh - pressed home the idea in a series of e-mails to Madonna and over dinner.

"Angelina later said she e-mailed Madonna several times to offer advice and tell her how happy she and Brad are with Zahara and Maddox, the boy she took from Cambodia."

Yesterday a source there said: "They were well into the adoption process. They were fingerprinted and went through an interview as part of our evaluation procedures. We were surprised when they lost interest. They seemed incredibly keen."

Complicating matters for Madonna are the new accusations from the biological father of her adopted son that he was tricked by government officials and that he did not want his child taken away.

The Material Mom will hopefully set the record straight on this and all the adoption brouhaha when she makes an appearance on Oprah this Wednesday and the Today show on October 30th.

Despite previous public assurances that he wanted Madonna to adopt his son, the Malawi man who is the biological father of the pop star's new baby is now saying that he was tricked.

The man claims he never wanted Madonna to adopt his child and that he wants the baby back at the orphanage!

In an interview with Reuters Television in his home village of Lipunga on Saturday, Yohane Banda said Madonna asked that she be able to raise his one-year-old son on his behalf, rather than that the child should become her own.

"Had they told us that Madonna wanted to adopt my son and make him her own son, we would not have agreed to that," Banda said. "It would have been better for him to continue staying at the orphanage because I see no reason why my child should be given away forever when I can feed him."

Banda also said that he signed papers he could not understand, but government officials assured him that the agreement was similar to what he had with the orphanage - to nurture and educate the boy but not take him away for good.

"I cannot read and write so I relied on what the (government) officials told me that the papers said Madonna would look after the child the way the orphanage planned to educate him and then he comes back to me," Banda said.

It seems to us that the man is being exploited by other parties. Don't you think?

If it were a non-celebrity adopting his child, none of this would probably be happening!

She should just cap off the trifecta and visit Rosie on The View too!!
