Michael Lohan is determined to show y'all the 'truth' about Dina Lohan and how she was responsible for his attack on LezLo's love, saMAN Ronson.

According to TV Guide, a TV company's crafting a show around Michael telling all!

Daddy Lohan said to the pub,

"I'm going to do a one-hour special. Everyone is going to hear everything for themselves. They're going to hear everything Dina has to say. I have it all on tape — all recorded, time and date-stamped. You will hear it all. I have 101 text messages between Lindsay and I, and I have about 60 tape recordings of Dina…These lies have to stop. She can't say all these things to me and when I try to address it, deny everything. Dina's a hypocrite and I'm tired of it."

He's fucking CRAZY!!!!!!!

Michael says the show's "definitely" happening but because of contractual obligations he can't disclose too much detail.

But, he did mention that it could be broken up into a multi-part series.

We think one episode would be MORE than enough!

Michael Lohan has issued a new statement to OK! magazine about his 'war' with LezLo and saMAN Ronson.

He says his concerns grew out of the bad stuff Dina Lohan was telling him about LezLo and saMAN!

We can't wait to hear what Orange Oprah has to say! Things have been escalating ridiculously between Daddy, Lindz and saMAN, and Dina's been awfully quiet.

Uncharacteristic of her, wouldn't you say?

Here's Daddy Lohan's latest statement:

"When I first spoke out, I clearly stated that everything I said and my concerns were generated by my ex-wife, Dina… After a recent phone call from Lindsay while she was traveling on one of Samantha's DJ gigs, I became very concerned. It was then that we all agreed to have a mother/daughter/father sit-down when Lindsay got to NY.

Everything was arranged and agreed (I have dozens of texts and recordings with Dina to prove it). But when the time came on Sunday, Dina chose to go into NYC and have dinner with Sam, Sam's mother and Lindsay, rather than address real issues and make things better for Lindsay.

A day later, Dina told me that Sam was writing a book, that Sam was a negative influence on Lindsay and that Sam needs to be out of Lindsay's life….then she asked me how to do it!!

Matters became worse when Dina said Lindsay was in REAL danger and she needed to save her and get Lindsay into 'a place!' These are ALL Dina's words. Tell me, what father wouldn't be concerned and even pissed at Sam after hearing this!!???

To even imagine that Dina would then go on vacation is even more sickening! Should we actually believe a women who says whe doesn't party with Lindsay, get drunk or care about fame? She has been on video and photographed dozens of times with Lindsay, drunk in public, thrown out of events, had public fights with Lindsay and then does a reality show which was so far from the truth, it's disgusting!

Dina cares? PLEASE!!!! Lindsay was once stalked by a guy [name deleted]  who Dina trusted and I said from the get go that I didn't only for Dina to look the other way when I had to get a task force to track him down.

Dina took a percentage of Lindsay's money when I NEVER took a red cent! All the while, I only speak out when something is wrong or needs to be made right!

Dina is a money-loving, fame-seeking, self-serving deceiver, who comes from roots of the same.

Meanwhile they say I seek fame! Ha! I am out there doing charity work, going on mission trips, working with the United Nations and trying to help my daughter while spending sleepless nights with a father dying of cancer. Did Dina call my dad, or have the kids visit or send a card to a man who never hurt a fly? NO! Dina raised all this alarm and caused this whole thing!

While guilt may bring a response by some, others like Dina pass the buck and don't accept any responsibility at all.

All I want is for Lindsay to be healthy and in a good relationship! I want her to use the gifts she has in the best ways and to help others! I said it from the very beginning: Show me who you walk with and I will tell you who you are! People may deceive us, but our eyes and facts don't! OPEN YOUR EYES!!!"

Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson never stay in one place for too long — despite having just returned to LA from Florida on Wednesday, they were already back at LAX over the weekend. LL and Sam seem happy jet-setting, but one thing they don't always love is all the public interest in their relationship. In her family's Harper's Bazaar profile Sam said, "I'm not going to talk about Lindsay because she's my friend, you know? She's great. She's also 22 years old. I think people forget that. With the Internet the way it is, one second we're enemies, one second we're best friends, one second we're lovers, and then we're broken up." Even though things seem slightly more open now than during that interview, the girls still don't always love the attention. That said, there seem to be more smiles than anything else with these two.

Lindsay Lohan is getting an award!

No, she’s not getting a prize for most trips to rehab in 2007. Instead, she’s being honored for her work. Ha!

The actress is being recognized by the Capri Film Festival and on Friday (above) she was spotted in Capri, roaming the streets - shopping and shit.

“It is indeed an honor to have Lindsay Lohan at Capri, Hollywood,” said Festival producer Pascal Vicedomini. “We are delighted to recognize her talent as a performing artist, as well as her position as an icon in the world of entertainment.”

They couldn’t get anybody else to show up????

Lindsay’s not a bad actress, but she’s only 21. You shouldn’t be honoring her at a film festival just yet!

Many listeners of Mix 94.1 in Las Vegas were surprised when none other than Lindsay Lohan called in to the station’s morning show.

In a sweet act of kindness, the actress called on behalf of a friend of hers that entered a contest to see who could get the most famous person to call in. The winner gets a pair of Hannah Montana concert tickets.

There’s no other way Lindsay could have scored tickets?

On-air hosts Mark and Mercedes used the opportunity to grill Lohan on her life.

Dina Lohan is denying reports that daughter Lindsay is checking out of rehab this weekend.

“Not true - staying in Utah,” Dina tells Access Hollywood.

Lindsay has been staying at the Cirque Lodge in Utah since early August.

OK! magazine is claiming that Lindsay Lohan might be pregnant. She basically disappeared since her arrest (she’s allegedly in rehab right now), but the magazine says she might actually be hiding over the new pregnancy rumors. A friend tells the magazine:

“It woudn’t be the first time she had a pregnancy scare.”

And despite rumors she’s at the Cirque Lodge rehab clinic in Utah, nobody seems to have seen her at the complex. I doubt she’s pregnant though. Even if she was, the amount of drugs and alcohol she’s consumed would’ve aborted it. If she actually gave birth the kid would come out with a tail. Or - and this is even more likely - it’d just come out a baby-sized mound of used condoms.

Lindsay Lohan’s former bodyguard, Tony Almeida, is speaking out, saying Lindsay’s ridiculous behavior was the cause of neglectful and abusive parents who saw her as a source of money. Page Six reports:

Once, when Lindsay was 16, Michael flew into a rage while driving and “slammed on the brakes and dragged her out of the car, pushed her up against the hood, screamed at her and called her a slut. This was on the Long Island Expressway! I got in the middle of it and pulled him off.”

Meanwhile, Dina often “let her do whatever she wanted, just to keep her happy and working . . . [At her 16th birthday party] Lindsay drank whatever she wanted - I saw her drinking beer and mixed drinks with my own eyes [without Dina’s intervention].”

As Lindsay’s manager, Dina - who was desperate to become a star herself - received 10 percent of her income. “Lindsay was the family cash cow - and she resented it,” Almeida claims. “They counted on her to pay their bills . . . I saw Lindsay exhausted, begging her mother for some time off.”

Young Lindsay’s parents looked the other way as she began a life of boozing, boys and drugs. When she was 15, they allowed her to share a room with her then-14-year-old boyfriend, Aaron Carter, at Loews in Miami Beach. Almeida relates, “They knew Lindsay was sleeping in Aaron’s room. But they seemed happy she had chosen somebody who could benefit her singing career.”

It’s nice of him to share, but everybody already knows what kind of clowns Lindsay Lohan’s parents are. I could randomly buy better parents for Lindsay from a pet store. That dog in the corner trying to eat its own poo? Ten times the mother Dina Lohan will ever be.

She [Lindsay] is my child, and I’m here to make sure she’s OK, and everything, and going in the right direction. I’m here for support and reassurance that we’re here for her, and no one’s going away, no one’s going to leave her. I’m here to support her and keep an eye on this situation closely. You know, Lindsay loves to work, so when she’s on a movie set, you know, when she’s not working, and you’re twenty, what do you do? It’s like when you’re not in college, you come home, you meet your friends, you go out. I wish she would move back to New York - You can print that! I want her out of here. The weather’s beautiful. But these kids, it’s just a dangerous place. It just seems here, in this business, it’s intensified here.”
