When we asked about your favorite new couple of 2007, we left this fantastic foursome off the list. But, how could we forget our infamous Love Square? Justin, Scarlett, Jessica and Ryan had us all mixed up for a while there about who was dating who, but at this point they’ve definitively broken off into two legit (and hot) couples. So now that we know who is with whom — which of these two new couples of 2007 do you like more?

Guess who’s hanging out at LAX wearing fur?

Blake Lively, who is probably better known at this point though her TV alter-ego, Gossip Girl’s Serena van der Woodson, looks gorgeous on the January cover of Lucky magazine. She’s quickly becoming one of my favorite new stars (with her especially fabulous hair). While I will say that the perfection of her relationship with Dan is a little too saccharine at this point, I’m sure it won’t stay that way for long. I mean, seeing the scandal on last night’s episode, I’m thinking that Josh Schwartz doesn’t want to let this one go stale. Ashton Kutcher was still rocking the bright yellow chicken suit, but this time he looks angry filming a scene from Personal Effects in Vancouver yesterday. Michelle doesn’t look all too amused either. Talk about a fowl mood, yuk yuk. You know, not everyone can pull off yellow, but Ashton doesn’t look so bad. It’s probably his old male model roots (which he’ll be flexing again as the face of Pepe Jeans) shining through.

Guess who didn’t need a dressing room?

Halle Berry stayed dry under her big, green umbrella while hitting the stores in Vancouver yesterday. Her shopping list must be pretty long with her baby on the way, but since Gabriel wasn’t around we bet she browsed for a few surprises for him, too. Men aren’t always the easiest to shop for, but luckily for you we’ve got a sweet gift guide to help inspire you during the holiday season. Unfortunately we still haven’t figured out how to get a hot model-like Gabriel all wrapped up with a bow just yet.

Guess who needed a closer look while shopping?

Katherine Heigl showed off her modeling skills in the January issue of Vanity Fair. She’s got that old Hollywood glamor down pat, but we guess she already had some practice at the Emmys. So what does one of Hollywood’s most popular stars have to say for herself? A little on movies, a little on TV, and a lot on Josh. Plus, she’s not so happy with some of her characters lately. Here are highlights:

• On Knocked Up: “It paints the women as shrews, as humorless and uptight, and it paints the men as lovable, goofy, fun-loving guys. It exaggerated the characters, and I had a hard time with it, on some days. I’m playing such a bitch; why is she being such a killjoy? Why is this how you’re portraying women? Ninety-eight percent of the time it was an amazing experience, but it was hard for me to love the movie.”

Britney Spears didn’t let her 26th Birthday start with a whisper. She was out, walking the red carpet for the first time in months, at the Scandinavian Mansion Of Style party, along with her momentary BFF (one year ago right now in fact) Paris Hilton and Sharon Stone. Also by her side were current permanent fixtures Alli and Sam. Oh, and she left with this guy for the after party. At the Scandinavian style bash Brit was given the white coat along with a chocolate cake to celebrate her day. I’m sure we’ll be hearing all about her behavior in the party, but until then — Happy 26th Birthday, Britney. I hope it’s a blast.

Christina Ricci was still sporting her lighter locks running errands in LA yesterday. She’s got her toddler hair color, like she suggests everyone should. It’s not just the hair, but knowing that she’s dyed it combined with her cut (and maybe the outfit) that makes her look super young, right? She’s getting back to her inner kid in another way too; up next for Christina is the remake of Speed Racer costarring Emile Hirsch which is due out next year. Go, speed Ricci, go. Sorry, sorry.
