Jennifer Aniston and Vince Vaughn are “no longer romantically connected,” a close friend of Aniston’s confirmed to Page Six today. The couple who dated for over a year are “still fast friends,” however. Rumors of a split were fueled when Vaughn — who has been living in London the past few months filming “Fred Claus “– chose to spend Thanksgiving in Bulgaria rather than in Los Angeles with Aniston. A rep for Aniston declined comment. While in Budapest, Hungary, tabloids reported Vaughn was spotted partying with two pals at an exotic dance club called Moulin Rouge where the girls put on “explicit” shows.

As a troubled teen in Richardson, Tex., Lane Garrison turned to his family minister — who just happened to be Jessica Simpson’s father Joe. Garrison ended up living with Jessica and the Simpson clan for almost a year, and has said that he and Jessica “grew up together.”

Jessica’s rep tells TMZ, “She loves him and wishes him well during this difficult time.” Garrison was the driver of a car involved in an accident last weekend that killed 17-year-old Vahagn Setian.

Earlier this year, Lane told PEOPLE magazine about his adolescent days; he “stole everything” he could, including cars and stereos. At 15, after an abortive attempt to steal a jug of wine from a stranger’s garage, Garrison says his mom “slapped the crap” out of him and actually took him to a police station to scare him. At 17, Garrison was sent to live with the Simpsons, and Lane told PEOPLE that he’s “very grateful” to Joe Simpson for the experience, even though living with Jessica was “torture” because she was “gorgeous.”

TMZ learned yesterday that Garrison is being investigated for suspicion of driving under the influence in the fatal crash. Garrison’s lawyer told TMZ that he doubts that his client was intoxicated at the time of the accident.

Kid Rock wasn’t lonely for long after he and Pamela Anderson split last week. Our sources say Rock was already in contact with his ex-girl friend Conchita Leeflang, a Suriname native. The two dated in 2005, and on Leef lang’s Web site there are numerous pictures of the two at the 2005 Kentucky Derby and on a private plane. Anderson is said to have been suspicious of the two’s friendship for several months - with good reason. A Nashville source said when Rock visited there several months ago, he spent a lot of time chatting up a “Pamela look-alike.”

Now Britney Spears is stripping. The panty-eschewing singer has been pole-dancing with her new best friend, Paris Hilton, who has been giving her private striptease lessons, according to U.K. reports. The two have reportedly been practicing on a stripper pole in Hilton’s Hollywood house.

“Paris took Britney upstairs where she fitted her in a blue tutu, and then Paris put on a matching tutu,” a source told the London Star. “They then went downstairs and danced at Paris’ in-house stripper pole. Britney loves her new moves and can’t wait to get a fella and test them out.”

Meanwhile, Hilton has been spotted stroking Spears’ thigh, leading some to believe that they were planning a same-sex gesture at the Billboard Music Awards, but the two have since pulled out of hosting duties. “Maybe they were going to reprise the stunt Britney and Madonna pulled,” says one source, referring to the smooch at the 2003 MTV Video Music Awards, “but they decided that it was so three years ago.”

Uber-skinny Posh, 32, has wanted to move to America to expand her growing fashion empire for a while but befriending Katie and her hubby Tom Cruise has propelled the hunt into overdrive.

Victoria took to the Hollywood Hills in a sexy black number yesterday to view three properties. The first house she looked at was formerly owned by Chris Evans and Billie Piper and Lionel Richie. She then went on to see a house overlooking the San Fernando Valley, but spent only 10 minutes looking around before heading off to a house three doors down from TomKat — and we’re told she already has her heart set on it.

Meanwhile, Spears hit the Hollywood Roosevelt with Brandon “Greasy Bear” Davis. They got along so well, our spy even caught them in the bathroom together.
